How to return your products

Between the time of your order and the receipt of the package, you may have changed your mind. Alternatively, you may have found another model that better suits your needs. Despite our quality policy, it sometimes happens that a package is incomplete or contains defective products.

No need to panic. Thirard Asia gives you the possibility to return the products received within a period of 7 days.

Shipping fees

If your order has been fulfilled correctly and the delivered products are in good condition, the return shipping fees will be at your expense. However, if we have made a mistake, the incurred fees will be reimbursed to you after inspection of the return package by our customer service team.

Please note that shipping fees will be reimbursed up to the minimum cost of a regular Colissimo shipment, depending on the shipping zone.

Exchange and store credit

You can request the exchange of the received product or convert it into store credit for Thirard Asia. For this, you will need to return the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The return shipping fees will be at your expense.

How to receive a package?

Despite all the care taken with your order, minor incidents can still occur during transport. When you receive your package, we recommend checking the internal and external condition of the packaging and, of course, the product itself. The delivery person will remain present during your inspection.

In case of any anomalies, please note your remarks in writing. This information will be valuable to us during the investigation conducted with the carrier.

How to return a product to us?

  1. Returning your product is done in a few simple steps:
  2. Log in to your account on thirardasia.com.
  3. In the “Order History” section, click on “Details and Tracking,” then on the “+” located next to the relevant item.
  4. Click on “Return this product.” Enter the quantity and select the reason for the return, as well as the desired resolution. In the comments, specify the nature of the return.
  5. Click on “Validate your return.”
  6. You can also print the document below and include it with your shipment.

Following this quick process, you will receive a confirmation email from our sales team. You can then prepare your package for return, including the return document. Please send your package to the following address:

Thirard Asia reserves the right to refuse the return if the product is damaged or not in its original packaging, or if the return label and package are sent beyond 7 days after the return request.
